How it works
From the data you have to a plan an engineer can check.
Five steps, one model of your network. Want the detail behind any of them? Book a demo and we'll walk your engineers through it.
01 · Your data
Built from data you already have.
SCADA, meters, billing, GIS, outage records and weather. No sensor rollout to begin.
02 · Network model
A working model of your network.
Evardi wires up your network from GIS, adds the electrical properties of every line and transformer, and solves power flow hour by hour, so every study runs on your real physics.
03 · Virtual meters
A meter on every transformer, without installing one.
Learned from your data and checked against what SCADA measures at the feeder head.
- Nested outages
After a storm, find the customers still out on a feeder that shows as restored.
- Transformer stress
See which transformers are heading for overload as EVs, heat pumps and solar grow.
- Losses
Send crews to the customers most likely to have a metering problem.
- Map errors
Catch customers linked to the wrong transformer in your connectivity model.
04 · Agents
Agents that do one job each.
Each agent takes a task your team does today, runs the study it needs on the model, and hands an operator a result to approve.
Planning
05 · Security
Checked, tested, and approved by your operators.
Three safeguards sit between a recommendation and your field crews.
Representative feeder and solver run.
- 01Physics decides
Every recommendation is solved on the power-flow model. If the learned estimate and the physics disagree, the physics wins and an operator sees why.
- 02Tested before we claim
Every result is scored against a known right answer before it appears on this site.
- 03Operators in control
Nothing runs on its own. An operator reviews, a supervisor signs off, and crews confirm each step. Every action is logged.
Getting started
Getting started.
Send us a feeder map and a year of meter data. We build the model of that part of your network and show your engineers what it finds.
- Where it runs
- On premises, in your own cloud, or hosted by Evardi.
- Security
- SOC 2 Type II underway. See security →
FAQ
Common questions.
Will our data be used to train models for other utilities?
No. Your data never trains a shared model. Each utility's models are built from its own data, for its own network.
Who can see our data?
Only the people you approve. Each utility's data lives in its own workspace, access is checked on every request, and every action is logged.
How is our data protected?
It is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is underway, and our cloud, code and devices are monitored continuously.
Where does Evardi run?
On premises, in your own cloud, or hosted by Evardi.
Does Evardi control our equipment?
No. Operators approve every action, and switching is released to crews through your normal process.
Do we need new sensors?
No. Evardi starts from SCADA, meter, billing and GIS data you already have.
