Privacy policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Evardi collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Evardi Inc. ("Evardi", "we", "us") builds software that helps electric utilities see, plan and operate their distribution networks. This policy covers evardi.ai and any time you contact us. Data a utility shares with us to use the Evardi platform is covered by that utility's agreement with us, not by this policy.
What we collect
Information you give us: when you book a demo or email us, we receive your name, work email, the utility or company you work for, and your message.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, to arrange conversations about Evardi, and to keep a record of those conversations. We use technical data to run, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site and handle email, including our website host and our email delivery provider, and to run the Evardi platform, including Amazon Web Services. They process data only on our instructions.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to people who need it, and our security program is managed through Oneleet. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is underway. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you as the law requires if a breach affects your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. To make a request, email contact@evardi.ai. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, or on steps you asked us to take before entering a contract. You can complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
The site is for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions: contact@evardi.ai.
