Terms of use

Please read these terms before using evardi.ai.

Agreement

These terms govern your use of evardi.ai (the "site"), operated by Evardi Inc. ("Evardi"). By using the site you agree to them. Use of the Evardi platform is governed by a separate written agreement between Evardi and your organization, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about Evardi and contact us. You agree not to misuse it: no attempts to break in, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

Information on the site

The site describes Evardi's products and shows case studies and product recordings. Case studies are simulated with partners on public data, and their results are estimates, not guarantees of results on your network. Nothing on the site is engineering, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace your own engineering judgment or approval processes.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, recordings, graphics and logos, belong to Evardi or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own evaluation of Evardi, but may not copy, modify or reuse the content for other purposes without our written permission. Third-party marks, including investor logos, belong to their owners. The 3D substation model is used under a Creative Commons license, credited in the footer.

What you send us

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you. Please do not send confidential network data through the contact form; we will arrange a secure way to share it.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as our demo booking page and our investors' sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Evardi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions: contact@evardi.ai.
